I just purchased a subscription to see if it would work for me. Unfortunately it is not what I need. How do I cancel and get a refund?

I just purchased a subscription to see if it would work for me. Unfortunately it is not what I need. How do I cancel and get a refund?

I'm here to help ensure you can cancel your account and get a refund in QuickBooks Online, terry-lussoworld.

 

Let me help you go over to your account and have your subscription canceled. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear ⚙ icon at the upper right corner and choose Account and Settings.
  2. Go to the Billing and subscription tab.

  3. In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Select Continue to cancel.
  5. Click Submit and cancel subscription.
  6. Hit Got it.

 

Once canceled, your account will be available in read-only access for one year from the cancellation date.
