I logged in my account through the app on my phone. Are we able to access training modules through the app? I can access them on my laptop but don't see them in the app.

I logged in my account through the app on my phone. Are we able to access training modules through the app? I can access them on my laptop but don't see them in the app.

Currently, accessing training modules through a mobile app is unavailable in QuickBooks. As a workaround, access the module on your laptop and proceed with the training through a web browser. 

 

 Rest assured, I'll take note of this suggestion. This will help us improve our product and services to our customers' delight.

 

QuickBooks Online offers various training to help you learn the QuickBooks accounting products, prep for certification, and more, earning CPE credits with every step. You may log in and check out these modules below so you can start your training:

 

 

I'm also adding here some articles that provide information regarding the extension of the recertification for 2020 and update for the new QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification path for Accountants:

Great thank you so much for all of the feedback. No worries I will continue using the browser for training and will check out all of the info you sent.
