Please note that QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn’t have a direct checkbox in Account and Settings to send copies of estimates. However, you can manually add your email when sending an estimate. Here's how:
- Click the Sales & Get Paid dropdown and select Sales Transactions.
- In the Type section, filter for Estimates.
- Open the estimates you want to send.

- Click on the Cc/Bcc field under the customer email section.
- Enter your email address in the Cc box and click Save.

- Select Review and Send, then tap Send estimate.
To receive payment notifications, let's ensure the correct email is entered in your company settings. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
- Go to the Company tab.
- Under the Company info section, click the Email field.
- Enter or confirm your preferred email address.

If your email address is correct but you’re still not receiving notifications, check your email’s Spam or Junk folders to ensure the messages aren’t filtered there.
