I paid for my subscription upgrade, and it's not letting me create. Estimates why is that

I've also removed and reinstalled to see if that worked and it did not

One possible reason the mobile app is not allowing you to create an estimate is because of the excessive stored data on it, Handy.

 

I suggest performing the mobile app troubleshooting to refresh your device and clear out any data that may be preventing QuickBooks from loading its features properly. Please follow the steps below for your specific device.

 

For iOS:

 

  1. Go to Settings and tap General.
  2. Tap iPhone Storage, then select the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Go to the Menu ☰ icon and tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap on Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Select YES to confirm.

 

Alternatively, consider logging into the QuickBooks app via computer to check if the issue is specific to the mobile app or your account settings.
