Hello, userchrischopping.
All QuickBooks Online versions have the ability to link credit card accounts. I'm here to help you ensure you're able to use your Discover Credit Card for the Online Banking feature.
In the Banking section, have you seen the Link account button? If not, you'll want to click it to link your Discover Credit Card account.
Then, look for the correct URL where you would log in for your credit card account.
If this is your first time linking your banking, click the Connect account button in the Banking page. This is where you would start the linking process.
I'm curious on what you're seeing in your end. You can reply with screenshots of the Banking page in your Simple Start account. That way, I'll narrow down the issue and lay down the details on connecting your credit card account.
If you need more help with the Online Banking feature, feel free to open this article: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.
After bringing in your credit card transactions, you can start reviewing and categorizing them. This article can help you with the process: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
If you have questions regarding your credit or bank accounts in QuickBooks Online, feel free to ask me by posting a reply here. I'm ready to help.

I got it to work! Thanks for the help. It wasn't very obvious to me as I was thinking the "Link Account" would unlink my bank account connection and reconnect it to another bank.
