I set up qb mobile incorrectly. How do I start over?

I'm here to help you get a fresh start with your QuickBooks Online account, randomfacets-gma. 

If your QuickBooks Online account is less than 60 days old, you can delete all your data and start over. Bear in mind that the purging process can only be done through the web version.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account as an admin.
2. In the URL, delete all the text after the last app/ and type in purgecompany. 
3. From: https://...qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage.
4. To: https://...qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany.
5. Type Yes to confirm that you want to delete your company data.
6. Press Wipe data.

On the other hand, if your account is more than 60 days old, deleting files isn't possible. You need to manually remove your transactions or cancel your current plan and then subscribe to a new one to get started.

To cancel your account:

1. Go to Gear icon and select Account and Settings under Your Company.
2. Select the Billing and Subscription tab.
3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.
4. Follow the steps to cancel your account. If you use payroll, you should cancel your payroll account too.
