Make sure you use a credit card issued in the US. Otherwise, choose Paypal to pay for the subscription.

I understand the willingness to pay your QuickBooks Online subscription, @muhasebe-turkish.

As long as you utilize the accepted payment method, Intuit will still receive the payment for the QuickBooks subscription according to the information you provided in the Billing section.

However, your card must have a US-based billing address to pay your subscriptions. Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover to pay your subscriptions.

In your situation, we can initiate the process of updating your payment method or any necessary information that requires updating. To ensure the accuracy of your account and facilitate a seamless experience for your QuickBooks Online account.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) as a primary admin.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then Account and Settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription.
  4. Next to your payment method, select Edit.
  5. Update your credit card info.
  6. Review the address for your credit card. It must be the same one that appears on your credit card statements.
  7. Hit Save.

Once you update your billing info, it can take up to 24 hours to activate your account. If you still have issues, go back and edit your payment method again. Here are a few things to check:

  • Ensure that your billing address does not contain any special characters or symbols (such as @ or *), as these can lead to errors.
  • Make sure to fill in every field on the payment method screen, including the Postcode. If your address does not have a Postcode, enter 00000.
  • Follow "Step 1: Update your billing info" in a private web browser. In Google, this is called Incognito mode, and for Safari, it's a Private window. If you can update your billing info and don't see an error in the private web browser, you need to clear your web browser cache. Here are detailed steps for how to clear your browser cache.

For steps to update the payment method, check out this link: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online. It provides instructions and detailed steps to help you with the process.

In addition, you can check out this article to find out what to do if you have issues updating your QuickBooks Online subscription. Although it's not specific to the US region, it's still applicable to your concern.

Feel free to leave a comment below if you require any additional information regarding the payment method you can utilize to pay for the subscription. I will be available right here to assist you.

I appreciate you joining the thread, Ed.

You can update your payment info in QuickBooks Time through a web browser since you won't be able to do the update from the Workforce app. I'd be glad to assist you with this.

To update your payment info, you can follow these steps:

  1. In a web browser, sign in to QuickBooks Time as the primary admin.
  2. Select your Profile, then select Billing and Subscription.
  3. Next to your payment method, select Edit.
  4. This will launch the Wallet list. From this view, you can:
    a. Edit your payment method (expiration date, billing address, account holder name).
    b. Add a new payment.
    c. Switch QuickBooks Time billing to the previously stored payment method.
  5. After saving your changes, the payment method will be displayed on the Billing and Subscription page.

Just a heads up, if you have more than one Intuit subscription, use Intuit Payment Wallet to add and retrieve payment methods for all your subscriptions.

If you need to set up and manage time off in QuickBooks Time after this, let me add this article as a reference: Set up and Manage Time Off in QuickBooks Time.

We'll be here in the Community if you have further concerns updating your payment info in QuickBooks Time. We'll do our best to assist. Take care.

Hello, Cinthy. You can pay for your QuickBooks Online subscription using a credit or debit card with a US-based billing address. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are all accepted for subscription payments.

To pay for your QuickBooks subscription, you'll need to set up your payment method. It will be saved for future billing.

Here's the process:

  1. Hover over the Gear icon, then choose Subscriptions and Billing.
  2. Next to your payment method, click on Edit.
  3. Enter your credit card details.
  4. Verify that the address for your credit card matches the one on your statements.
  5. Hit Save.

Please note that you can only use one card at a time. For more information, refer to the following article:
Manage billing, payment, and subscription info.

Additionally, you can use direct debit to pay your subscription. With this option, we'll debit your bank account instead of your credit card when it's time to pay.

For future reference, you can check these articles to help you get started and manage your transactions.

Your QuickBooks subscription will be automatically charged to your credit card on file to ensure timely payment. This process ensures that your subscription remains active without any interruptions. In case you have any questions or need further assistance regarding this process, don't hesitate to reach out. We're always here for you, Cinthy!
