In october I was able to email all sales receipts through 9/30. When I try to send 10/1-11/30, "send transaction" under Batch actions is grayed out/not available.

Hi there, @michael_d_stief.

Welcome to the Community. I'm here to ensure that you'll be able to send your sales transactions in batch and get you back to business.

When sending sales receipt in batch action within QuickBooks Online you'll need to make sure that the filtered transactions is Sales Receipt only. This can be the reason why the Send transactions option is grayed out.

To do that:

  1. Click on Sales on the left pane.
  2. Select on All Sales.
  3. Click on Filter.
  4. Under the Type box, select on Sales Receipt
  5. Select on Batch actions then Send Transactions

I've also included some screenshots below to guide you with the steps:

If the issue persists after trying these steps, I'd suggest switching to a private browser. This is to determine if the issue is browser related.

Here are the different keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If it works fine, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. For additional information on this and steps for supported browsers, please visit the following link: How Do I Clear My Browser Cache And Temporary Internet files?.

These should help you send your sales receipt in batch @michael_d_stief.

Feel free to reach back out to me if you have any other questions about this concern. I'm always here to help. Have a lovely day!
