The option to open multiple reports in QuickBooks is unavailable. You'll want to jump from in report to the other by adding a new tab in your browser. Through that, you can compare your reports by clicking each tab.

left side menu reports, right click on reports and open in new tab then create your report, do that for as many tabs as you need reports

I was wondering many time and search for this on the help window, but I could not find it.
May be good idea to list this on the help window.
