In QuickBooks Online (QBO), there are various types of transaction detail reports. Some of these reports, such as Transaction Detail by Accounts, Purchases by Vendor Detail Report, Purchases by Product/Service Detail Report, and Check Detail, include zero values. However, other reports like Profit and Loss Detail and Balance Sheet Details don't have zero values.
I recommend submitting a product suggestion to our developers to have the zero values shown in other detail reports. This way, they'll see your recommendation and consider adding it to the next program update.
Follow the steps below:
- Click on the Gear icon.
- Select Feedback.
- Enter your suggestions.
- Then hit Submit.
