IS QUICKBOOKS DOWN AND NOT WORKING PROPERLY TODAY.

I am having issues with keying invoices. I keyed in a stack of them and then had to go back and find one and it's not there. I checked a few others and they aren't showing when I search the invoice number or under the vendor but when I try to rekey them it tells me it's a duplicate invoice number. It's like they are in limbo.

IS QUICKBOOKS DOWN AND NOT WORKING PROPERLY TODAY.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, info2074 and Amya. We will address the issues related to saving your transaction and searching for your invoice by performing troubleshooting steps, such as trying private or different browsers and checking the filter icon.

First, could you please let me know if you encountered any specific errors while adding or saving your expense transactions? This information will help us provide a tailored solution for the error message.

If you didn't encounter any errors while adding or saving your information, let’s troubleshoot this issue using different supported web browsers or private browsing modes. This will help determine if browsing history or cached files are causing the problem. Afterward, enter your expense transactions again and save them.

Below are the shortcut keys for accessing private browsing modes:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Regarding searching for the invoice number in your search field, let's navigate to the Advance transaction search, then filter the Date and the Transaction type.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Search icon located beside the Notification icon.
  2. Click the Go to transactions search.
  3. Choose a date from the Date range field.
  4. Select an option from the Transaction type.
  5. Click the result.
