I can walk you through the steps on running reports that will show you Customer/Project and Class in QuickBooks Online.
Here's how:
1. On the left panel click Reports.
2. Enter and select Transaction Details by Account in the Find report by name search box.
3. Click Customize.
4. Under Row/columns click on Change Columns and tick Class.
5. Under Filter select Customer.
