Hi @Briannas12.
I'm glad that you've followed the steps on this thread on how to find your unemployment ID number using the platform.
Since you're unable to get the unemployment ID number, I'd encourage you to contact your state tax agency to get this. They have your tax information details and provide them for you.
You can check this article to select your state and find the state tax agency's contact information in the Withholding section: Payroll Tax Compliance Links.
I've added a handy guide for payroll setting up payroll and other essential information that you need: Get started with Payroll.

Is there a way to find out my unemployment ID #?
Hello there, Azautti.
Let me help you in viewing the unemployment ID number on the platform.
If you wanted to know the unemployment ID for FUTA, you can go to the IRS website. If this is for SUI or SUTA, you can ask your State Agency. I would to reiterate my colleague Mark_R answers if you wanted to check the number inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Additionally, you can run some payroll reports in QuickBooks. This way, you can get a closer look at your business's finances and view useful information about your business and employees.
