I've got the steps on how to make that possible for you, @MrMusici33.
You'll want to enable the feature Set email schedule first to automatically receive an email of your custom Invoices and Received Payments report in QuickBooks Online (QBO) daily, @MrMusici33. I'd be glad to walk you through the process.
- Navigate to Reports, then select the Custom reports tab.
- Locate the Invoices and Received Payments report, then click Edit.
- Toggle on the Set email schedule feature to schedule the report to be emailed to you regularly.
- Complete the required information such as the Repeats, the Every interval, and the EMAIL INFORMATION where the email should be sent.
- Hit Save and close.
In addition, if you wish to export the data entered in your file to your local hard drive from QBO, you can do so easily by using the export function in QBO.
