Just updated to premier plus 2020 and wants me to log in as admin but doesn't give me an option to enter admin info. How do I bring up the log in screen?

Which login screen do you mean? CAMPS, company file, or else?

You can enter your Admin login credentials in the QuickBooks Desktop Login window so you can open your company file.

Here's how: 

1. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
2. At the login window, enter your Admin password.
3. Click OK.

If you want to sign in without entering your password when you open your company file, you can go to the preferences. Then, choose your login period. This helps you stay logged in with a maximum of 90 days. For more detailed insights, go through these articles:

I updated to 2021 QBDT Pro and I can't the login screen to pop up.... just a "Warning" your admin needs to update the company file. I am the admin - very frustrating!

Thanks for your reply. 
I have downloaded and ran the tool doctor 2-3 times. I have also restarted my computer, the Quickbooks software, ran the database manager…. I’ve tried several things - all with the same result. It keeps telling me to ask my administrator to update the company file.

Since you continue to get the same result, we’ll have to identify where the issue is stemming from. For safety purposes, I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team. They can open your company file in a secure space and perform in-depth troubleshooting from there.

1. Press the Help icon at the top menu bar to select QuickBooks Desktop Help F1.
2. Scroll down to choose the Contact us link to open the Contact Us screen.
3. In the Tell us more about your question section, type the issue or topic in the field box. For example, data file issue.
4. Click the Search option to display the Get Phone Number or Start a Message button.

How did you get this resolved? I'm having the same problem and I've been on tech support with QB for over an hour and still haven't managed to get it fixed.

How did you end up resolving this problem? I'm having the same issue and spent over an hour on the phone with QB support and got nowhere. We tried everything possible.
