Hi there, Jay. Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention so we can provide fixes in no time.

Let me lay out a solution to get your entries updated from your bank feeds. Before that, would you mind telling me which bank institution you connected with? It is to check if there’s a similar issue reported on our system.

Since these entries are from your statements five months ago, and bank transactions over 90 days won’t automatically sync to your bank feeds, we can get those transactions by manually uploading them using a CSV file. I'll show you how:

  1. From the left menu, click the Banking menu and then choose Banking.
  2. On the Banking page, tap the dropdown arrow beside the Link account button.
  3. From there, select Upload from file.
  4. Click the select files option to upload your file.
  5. Finish this by following the on-screen instructions.

If you're still experiencing a delay in downloading your latest transactions, please know that most banks start downloading every night around 10 PM PT in QuickBooks. If it’s beyond that, we can start a manual download to see the latest available entries. Here’s how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Transactions menu, and select Bank Transactions.
  3. From your bank feeds, tap the Update button to start updating the transactions.

Another thing, we can check your bank’s website to see if there's a message from your bank or credit card. QuickBooks bank feeds stop downloading your transactions if there’s ongoing bank website maintenance or any ongoing issues with your bank.

Let’s go over and verify the following by logging in to your bank website. Once you’re logged in, check any updates, messages, or notifications. The message ought to outline any procedures you need to take if you must take any action. Moreover, here are some usual messages about:

  • New terms of service
  • Announcements about maintenance or other site changes
  • New offers

If you’re seeing an error message, jump to Step 4: Fix specific bank errors in this article to see available resolution: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online

Furthermore, you can check out these articles on categorizing your transactions and reconciling your account. Doing so will put your transactions in the correct category and avoid any discrepancies in your books:

Feel free to reply to this conversation if you require any additional help with your banking transactions. This will ensure that you receive the latest transactions in your bank feeds. I am always available to assist you. Stay well!

@Jayrob1

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
