I recognize your thought on this. Currently, there is an ongoing investigation into missing Shopify connector payouts.
I understand that this needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Our engineers are investigating this issue. Rest assured we will provide an update once information is available.
In the meantime, we can disconnect and reconnect the app while we're working on this. Afterward, I recommend contacting our Support Team to add your company details as an affected user. Go to the Help icon> Search tab> Contact us.
Once added, you'll receive updates regarding the issue via email.
