Thus, you'll want to check with your bank's website to see if the same error message pops up. If so, the error may be coming from your bank, and you'll need to contact them for further investigation.
In the meantime, you can review if your Citi and Chase accounts are working when using your mobile browser. You can also utilize the incognito window to determine if it's a browser-related issue.
Alternatively, you can clear your mobile browser's cache to get your browser in a clean state. Otherwise, using other supported browsers can be a good alternative too.
