Join nowIf I am not an admin of the account myself (I'm a business partner that has some access level, but not full admin), what recourse do I have to get our financial data so we can do our taxes and bookkeeping. The account was part of a wholesale account, apparently, so I can't even update the payment method to reinstate it.
What happens if the CPA dies or something? Is there a legal way to gain power of attorney over the account?
Can you sign in as a Company Admin? Your accountant must access it as the Primary Admin.
The only option that seems to be available is to contact the CPA. I keep getting redirected to the same page no matter how I log in...
Is there a separate URL for admins that I could try? I can't even click the gear icon or anything and the account is on hold since he apparently stopped making payments.

Yes, you're right. You'll need to contact the accountant who handled the wholesale account. There's no separate URL for the admins.
Your accountant needs to change the primary admin access to exclude your company from the wholesale subscription. If you can't reach out to the previous accountant, you can send a request to our account protection team.

So I submitted the form, but I realize I screwed it up. I submitted all of the docs, but the email correspondence about the submission is apparently going to the old AWOL CPA not me. I think I'm going to have to call customer service on this... maybe then I'll actually get traction. I wish there was a preview of what the final page of that form looks like before you can't go back and change stuff. It's kind of misleading.
