I'll share troubleshooting steps to fix this issue and be able to utilize the categories seamlessly.
First, you can access your account on your mobile browser to see if the Categories feature you're looking for is still there.
Also, please know that the Refresh Data option to see the latest information is unavailable on iOS mobile operating systems. Thus, this is for Android users. To update your data, you can follow the steps below:
- From the Settings tap General.
- Click iPhone Storage, then select the QuickBooks Online app.
- Tick Offload App.
