My new accounts aren't appearing in lists

I added new accounts.  They are appearing in my chart of accounts but I cannot edit them and they are not available to select in the Banking section.

Picking the correct account when categorizing or matching transactions in the baking section is crucial. It ensures we're affecting the newly created accounts involved. That said, I'm here to walk you through contacting our Support Team for further instructions.

 

There's an ongoing report (INV-93014) about the missing account on the banking transactions drop-down list. Please know that our Engineering Team is working hard to resolve it quickly. We aim to serve you best, especially in times like this. Let's proceed by following the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon and choose Search.
  2. Click the Contact Us button and enter your concern.
  3. Press Continue.
