What is going on with Quickbooks Online. Over the weekend no access. Finally yesterday I was able to send out the invoices I needed to send. Today. Nothing. One blank screen with a big black dot on it.

I pay what, for my business, is a lot of money for Quickbooks Online. WTF!!!??

Can anyone help/explain?

Thank you,

Shari

I hear you, @rainbowtechdesig.

I'm already here to help you fix your issue today. Stored cache files may cause odd behaviors such as blank pages when running a web-based program like QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Performing troubleshooting steps will determine if this is a browser-related issue or not. The initial step is to access your QBO account via incognito mode. This doesn't store cache files that might be causing the issue.

These are the shortcut keys you can use:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

Afterward, try logging in to your QuickBooks Online and open customer transactions, check if blank pages with black still occur.

If this works, clear the cache of your regular browser to remove piled-up data.  If the issue still persists, you can use another supported browser or device. Might be that the current one you're using has a temporary issue with the program.

Thank you for your help. Under normal circumstances I’m sure your solution would work. But… this is part of the update from Intuit.

Some customers in central Florida are continuing to experience issues logging into QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Self-Employed. We’re working with the Internet Service Provider to resolve the problem.”

I am in St Pete. My computer isn’t the problem. But thank you!
