Join nowSuccessful Money Management is the owner of our Quickbooks in 2018. In 2019, I updated to 2019 version including payroll but changed the name to Wiedeman Financial Services which is who we now are. I need to move all info from Successful Money Management to Wiedeman Financial Services including all payments due (our monthly fee). I just received an email from Intuit that my payroll annual fee will be charged to Successful Money Management on 1/29/19. If we owe this, I would like to pay from Wiedeman Financial Services (which has the same credit card). But since I just upgraded to 2019 including payroll, I may not owe this fee this year. I know this is confusing but hope I made it clear. Phone is [removed] and speak with Tera Willman or email her at [email address removed]. Also, even though we just purchased the desktop version we are wanting to start the QuickBooks online very soon and wondering if we can transfer all and just pay the difference. Thank you.
You just posted on a Peer User internet forum.
You need to contact Payroll Sales/support. They likely should just start this Fresh for the new company and not carry over. If there also is a new FEIN, you are also a New employer and a different QB file, and all employees just got Fired and are being Hired.
