QBO doesn't support multiple company files under a single subscription, so it's great to hear that you already have five separate ledger accounts for your clients.
When migrating from QBDT to QBO, you have 90 days starting from the date you create your account to use the migration tool.
Since you mentioned that the five accounts are from the ProAdvisor discount in July and the 90 days have passed, I recommend using a third-party migration tool. You can explore our QBDT Marketplace to check various options available.
If you opt to create or subscribe to a new QBO account, ensure your client's company file is ready for the migration.
If you're using QBDT 2022 or newer, the process is straightforward.
For Pro and Premier, navigate to the Company menu, select Move to QuickBooks Online. Then, follow the instructions to export the company file to the new system.
If you're using QBDT Enterprise, press Ctrl + 1to open the Product Information window. Then, press Ctrl + B + Q, and select OK to start the migration process.
If you don't have QBDT 2022 or newer, open the online tool for your version, then upload your client's company file:

If you're using QBDT Accountant versions, you can use the Accountant Batch Migration Tool. Keep in mind that you have 60 days from the time you create your QBO account to move your data when you choose this process.
