You can access the ProAdvisor training material once you've signed in to QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA).

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QBOA account.
2. Click on ProAdvisor at the left pane.
3. Go to the Training section.
4. Select the training you'd like to take.

Otherwise, you can register for the online training through this link: Training & Certification. From there, choose the course webinar you want, then tap on Register.
