Hello,
We canceled our QBO subscription a year ago since business is closed. I found out that the credit card used for the subscription is for a different entity, hence I'm looking for the historical charges for this closed company for proper allocation of expenses. Is there a way for me to check historical QBO subscription charges for this company?
Thanks.
I appreciate you for posting here in the Community, @AnnaLiza1. I’ll share some information about canceled subscription in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
When you discontinue your QuickBooks Online subscription, you will have read-only access to your data for one year. Nevertheless, after a year of cancellation, QuickBooks Online will automatically delete all your company data.
Furthermore, you can check out this article to learn more about what happens to your QuickBooks Online data after cancellation.

Thanks RoseJillB. So you mean there's no way for me to check the QBO historical charges? Even the QBO support can't run the data for me?
Hi there, AnnaLiza1
For canceled accounts, the system will keep your data for one year so you pick up where you left off if you decide to come back. After that, they'll be automatically deleted. To get your historical charges, you'll want to contact our Customer Care Team. One of our representatives will pull up your account and review your billing history. Here's how:
