Quick Books online support

Hi there

I was getting help from Quick book online today 2/22/2022 and the person that was helping me created a bigger mess in my book. When I complained about it, he closed the chat and the mirror window leaving me in the dark with a bigger mess than before. I have been trying to connect with a human behind by phone to get help, but I has been impossible. Know I must pay the same company $500.00 to fix the mistake of their own people. Looking for responses of anyone with the same problem in the past to help me in finding how to get the right people to help me. thanks

However, if your concern is related to your account's billing, ongoing issues, and escalated cases follow-up, you can reach our Live Support through these steps:

 

  1. Go to the (?) Help menu and click on Contact Us.
  2. Type the keyword Account Management and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
  3. On the next screen, scroll down to the Choose a way to connect with us section.
  4. Choose Start messaging to initiate a discussion with a live agent or Get a call for callbacks.

I know you already called them, but we're unable to pull up your account history and information in this public channel.

 

When contacting our support, it is best to ask for your case number. This is a unique ID created by the live representative for documentation purposes. Using that case ID, any agent who will receive your call will be able to pull up your contact history, including the last person you've talked to. Also, all our call and chat channels are recorded, so they can look up your interaction easily. We also want you to know that you can request for a supervisor on set of the call if you have complaints about the support.

Which company do you mean? How do you know it costs $500 to fix?

I meant QuickBooks; I have to book a bookkeeper from Quick Books to help me to fix the mess that the customer supper guy did or told me to do while he was helping me on screen mirror. Quick book support also got involve and charged me $500.00 for a bookkeeping session that will take place next week. Crazyyyyyy

I couldn't help to fix your issue. But I would recommend using a backup restore app if you need to do something risky again.

Hi Thanks, to be honest I did not know what i was doing, i just was following instruction from the screen mirror support guy.
