Just a heads up looks like Intuit has an outage on their end?
I have three computers in two cities, running Edge, Chrome, and Safari, both Windows and Mac. Unless I'm incognito/private browsing I'm unable to log-in into my QB Self Employed account on any of those computers.
I'll make sure you can log into your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account using any of the regular browsers, @AJ_00.
For the time being, there isn't any reported outage when logging into QBSE. Based on the details you've provided above, it seems that this login error is caused by the browser's collection of data over time from frequent page visits.
Since you're able to log in to your QBSE account using an incognito/private browser, you'll have to return to your default browser and clear its cache. This will refresh the system and remove older data that causes access and performance issues.
For Google Chrome, here's how:
For the detailed steps in clearing your browser's cache using Safari and Edge, please see this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
Also, to further guide you in managing your login and QBSE account, I would encourage you to check out one of our Help pages: Login and Password help for QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Please keep me posted in the comments if you have other login concerns and questions about accessing your QBSE account. I'm always ready to help. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @AJ_00.
That was my first inclination too, but that didn't fix it. Hence why I attempted Safari on my Mac, which also gets stuck at the same place just before asking for the 2-factor authentication.
That was my first inclination too, but didn't work on either of my PC's, or my Mac. It just gets stuck before it asks for 2-factor auth.
