Afaik, you have to wait until your account is suspended due to they're unable to process the payment of your Accountant subscription. All discontinued accounts will have view-only access mode. You can still read all your company data, but you cannot add or edit data. Then you have to contact Support to reactivate your subscription and transfer the Primary Admin role to your end.
Another option, if you are able to login as Company Admin, you may have a workaround to claim your data immediately.
I contacted QBO via Chat and received this link to give to client for her to fill out and submit to remove her from her prior accountant's wholesale account. She will need to prove who she is and that she owns her business. Thank you QB.
