Restoring online company data into QB 2017 version

Hello dear QB community.

I need to open a company data coming from the online version of QB but I own the 2017 QB version. Is there a way to restore that back up into QB 2017?

QBD 2017 is outdated and I am not sure you can open the converted file from QBO on it. You can still purchase the one time license for QBD 2021.
