@6dayman

You are using QB Online, not Desktop, correct?

Why don't you invite them as an Accountant to access your account? They just need a QBO Accountant account to do so.

Save company file to thumb drive

If you're using QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced, you can back up your data to Google Drive, then share the Google Drive access link with your accountant, 6dayman.

To run a manual backup of your company file, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under the Tools column, select Back up company.

  3. Click Run manual Backup.

  4. Select the Full radio button, then hit Backup.

If you're using QuickBooks Online (QBO) Simple Start, Essential, or Plus, you can export reports and lists, save them to a flash drive, and share them with your accountant.

You can also make things easier by inviting your accountant to directly review your books in QuickBooks Online to give them secure access to your financial data, allowing them to manage reports, reconcile accounts, and provide expert advice in real-time.
