We've received similar reports wherein the shortcut & tasks aren't working using the desktop app for QuickBooks Online. To be added to the list of impacted users, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks support.
- Hover to the Help menu and press the Search tab.
- Click Contact Us.
- Choose a specific topic or Ask about something else, and type in a short description in the box provided.
- Select Continue, then choose the Chat or Callback option.
In the meantime, you can open your account using a web browser to use the shortcuts seamlessly and access your invoices.
