The randomly disconnecting internet may be caused by issues with your home’s internet connection.
If your Wi-Fi signal is good, but you’re still experiencing dropping internet, try these fixes:
- Check for modem issues with your ISP
- Check for damaged or poorly configured cables
- Make sure your modem and router have the latest firmware
- Reset your computer’s network settings
Here's how to reset the network settings:
- Click the Start button
- Enter Settings.
- Select Network and Internet.
- From the Status tab, select Network Reset.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.
- Restart your PC.
