subscription

I have an existing client who I would like to add a QBO subscription to without creating a duplicate of the client in my books. Any time I add QBO to an existing client it pretty much makes me set up as if this is a new client and then I end up with two of the same client in MY books. Anyone know how to avoid and just add a subscription to an existing client?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Let me help merge the new client to your QuickBooks Online company.

 

You can transfer clients to your wholesale billing plan to merge them into your account.

 

Here's how you can do it:

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙.
  2. Select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Select Add existing clients under the Your subscriptions tab.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
