Beforehand, I need more specific details about the error you encountered. Providing the specific error message or any relevant information about the issue will help me gather accurate information and provide you with appropriate solutions. 

 

In the meantime, I'd recommend updating the app to ensure device compatibility. This can sometimes cause an unusual response to the system. Once done, let's clear the app's cache by following these steps:

 

  • In the QuickBooks Online app: iOS: From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback, select Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.
  • In your device Settings: iOS: From your device's Settings, select Setting General iPhone Storage and choose an app that's taking up a lot of space. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

 

If it persists, let's uninstall and reinstall the app to refresh the system. Alternatively, we can also use our supported web and mobile browsers: 

 

  • iPhones and iPads
    For Apple products, your device will need to be running iOS 11.1 or newer.

I have been having this issue on my iPhone for over one year now. This is the fifth time where I can’t download any data on the app. The app is not working and it’s been two weeks.

You can change your network type, which is from your Wifi to 4G or 5G data in your phone. If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our customer support team. They have the tools to initiate a screen-sharing to review your account and determine the cause of this issue.

  1. Go to (?) Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Have us call you - We'll save your spot in line and call you back.
    • Start a chat - Start a conversation.

The app has been throwing errors and not loading my account information on my iPhone for several days now. Is this happening to anyone else?

I contacted customer support a few days ago. They never have any solution and just say that it’s an ongoing issue. I’ve contacted customer support at least five times over the last year. They just tell me that the programmers are working on a fix. There has been no fix and this is a chronic issue which is limiting my ability to do my work and run my business. I pay almost $1000 a year to have this app and it is not working.
