Hello there, @Mariela1.

If I get it correctly, are you having difficulty accessing your TurboTax Self-Employed account? If so, may I ask what specific error did you receive?

In the meantime, let us apply the following troubleshooting steps to access your account.

  • Access your account via this link: https://selfemployed.intuit.com/turbotax .
  • Make sure to use the same username and password that you have with QuickBooks Self-Employed account in accessing TurboTax account.

For additional insights, you may check out this article: Send your info to TurboTax if your QuickBooks Self-Employed account is different from your TurboTax ....

Please feel free to visit us here in the Community if you have other questions about accessing your TurboTax Self-Employed. I'm here to help.

Thanks for the quick reply, Mariela1.

I appreciate you following the resolution steps provided by my colleague. It’s my priority that you can access your QBSE account seamlessly.

To help you get back on track, we’ll have to check billing details. For security reasons, I'm unable to request the sensitive information required to pull up your account in the Community.

I recommend you reach out to our QBSE Support Team to check your subscription status. Once they’ve identified the cause and find a fix, they'll guide you through the process to take care of the problem in your account.

The information I provided should help point you in the right direction.

Reach out to me if you have any other concerns or questions about QBSE. Please know I'm just a comment away. Have a great day ahead.

Hello, I'm having the same issue and cannot interact with my account at all due to the system trying to require me to purchase another subscription. Can't click anything, can't go to help or support, which is a major design flaw on top of not being able to access my account, even though I should have a valid subscription through next March at least. Not being able to access my account today is a big problem for a business, much less with no warning.

Hi ChristieAnn, Thank you for the directions - I was hopeful, but they didn't work. I tried private browsing in 3 different browsers and no matter what I've done, as soon as I log in the whole screen gets covered up with a subscription wall. I'm trying to figure out what to do as my boss needs regular updates and we have invoices to process. Thank you for your help.

It might be that your subscription has ended, amdgpm.

The billing page will show up once your QuickBooks subscription has expired. That is why the system requires you to resubscribe or purchase another subscription.

You can re-subscribe so you can continue your subscription.

You can go to this link to re-subscribe: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1761682.

This will clear things out for you. If there's anything else that I can help you with, I'm just a post away.

The issue is that I should have several months left on my free year of QBSE that I received with purchase of TurboTax SE.

Thanks for the update, @amdgpm.

Have you tried accessing the account through this link: https://selfemployed.intuit.com/turbotax? That should redirect you to the page to enter your TurboTax SE login credentials.

If you're asked to purchase another subscription again, I recommend emailing our QBSE Support Team for further assistance. An agent will reply within 1 business day after sending them the details of the concern together with your phone number.
