Unable to connect with Quickbooks to provide our tax-exempt status
I have been going round and round attempting to find a way to contact Intuit/QB, even though it has a supposed link which only circles around but doesn't provide an email/link/form. I've wasted hours on this.
We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and Intuit has been billing us sales tax that should not have been billed.
