Let's go back to the Subscriptions and billing page to complete updating your billing address, Brad.
Before we proceed, we'd like to verify if you're getting any error messages when updating your billing address in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This information can help us further drill down into the root cause of the issue to provide you with the right steps to fix it.
When you update your billing address, the system will suggest the most appropriate option to ensure it meets address standardization requirements. If you choose not to use the suggested address, your changes may not be successfully saved. To avoid issues, we recommend selecting the standardized address. Here’s how to do it:
- Go to Settings and select Subscriptions and billing.
- Select the Billing details tab.
- Choose Edit billing information.
- This will launch the Wallet list. From there, edit your billing address.
- After saving, the updated details will be displayed on the Billing details tab.
If the issue persists, we recommend contacting our QuickBooks Live Support team to report your experience. They have the specialized tools to investigate the problem and deliver a prompt solution. Here’s how you can get in touch with them:
- Sign in to your QBO company.
- Go to the Help (?) menu.
- Select the Search tab.
- Enter a keyword or topic, and you'll be offered a list of articles related to it to choose from.
- Click the Contact Us button.
- Choose a way to connect (Chat or Callback).
If there's anything else you need, please don't hesitate to reach out.
