Before we proceed, could you specify where you take your monthly training subscription? Please note that QuickBooks Online (QBO) Training and QuickBooks training are distinct subscriptions. Providing additional details will help us guide you to the appropriate cancellation process.
However, if your training is part of your QuickBooks Online subscription, you can cancel it directly through your QBO account by following these steps:
- Log in to your QBO account as the Primary admin.
- Go to the Gear icon and click Subscriptions and billing.
- In the QuickBooks section, click the Cancel button.
- Follow the onscreen steps to finish.
Once you cancel your subscription, you will retain read-only access to your data for one year. After one year, your data will be permanently deleted. To prevent data loss, consider backing up your information before the end of the year.
