Website won't accept my subscription payment

Hi jesse20.

Let me show you how to process your QuickBooks Online payment.

If you're trying to pay your QuickBooks Online subscription, make sure you're logged in as the Company Admin when processing the payment. It is also important to make sure you're using a card that is accepted by QuickBooks. To verify this, click the link below.

- Subscription payment options

It must be a US-based billing address (US territories excluded.) Follow the steps below to process your payment.

  • Sign in as the Master or Company Admin.
  • Go to Settings, then select Account and Settings.
  • From the left menu, select Billing Subscription
  • Select Edit next to your payment method.
  • Update your credit card info.
  • Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
  • Once everything's good, select Confirm card or Save.

Once these steps are completed you'll be able to process your payment.

If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to post them here.

Have a nice evening.

Where is “settings”? Could you please provide the link in the answer?

Hey there, Carrie 97!

To access the QuickBooks Online settings, the Gear icon ⚙ is a clickable button in the upper-right-hand corner of any QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Self-Employed accounts.

You can also check out the screenshot for additional reference:

Feel free to check out this link for complete details: Resubscribe to or reactivate QuickBooks Online.

I have included an article to help you manage your QBO subscription: Update billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have any more questions about resubscribing in QBO. I'm happy to help with any follow-up questions. Have a great day!
