Thanks for coming to the Community for help, @nehru.
Let's attempt basic troubleshooting first by deleting and recreating the scheduled report. Be sure to manually select the date on the Dates drop-down and not the customized date.
If the same thing happens, I'd suggest reaching out again to our Online Support. This way, they can do screen-sharing and verify this issue further.

Thanks for the response, I have done what you asked a few months ago from a post I read on this forum and it didn't work. This is when I called Customer Support, spending a good part of 90 minutes with them and didn't get it resolved. I also got a bogus case number that I am unable to re-open because the reports are still sending with 0s. I would appreciate some real help here as this is advertised functionality that has never worked for me. Going on 3 months. BTW: The reports run fine when I run them manually. They are emailed out with blanks and zeros.

Hello there, @nehru.
Thank you for getting back to us. Let's get this sorted.
If you change the customization on a custom report, you need to save it again to preserve the changes. If there are no changes made, the memorized report may be damaged. To isolate this, delete that custom report and recreate it.
Here's how:
After that, memorize the report again and make sure the Except zero amount and Non-zero filter are selected to hide rows and columns with a total of zero.
In the meantime, you can send the report manually or export it to excel, then customize it to make sure there are no blanks and zeros. For additional reference, you can use the following articles to customize, export, manage saved reports:

Thanks for the response, I did exactly what you instructed yesterday and the reports where emailed to me this morning with 0's. Again when I run it manually it produces results. When it is emailed it comes to us with 0's. But after downloading it and attempting to attach it to this thread and when I do open it in Excel it shows actual data! I am wondering if the preview in Gmail is showing it as zeros but the actual file has data. I am going to run it again tonight without Excel and see what the results are tomorrow. I'll post back what I find out.
OK, the PDFs came populated so I am guessing the way the Excel files are created are not in compliance with Google/Gmail. I'll consider the issue resolved for now but would appreciate either figuring out the problem or communicating the issue wildly so people don't have to go through what I did just to find out it is a preview issue.
Thanks for coming back, @nehru. I appreciate you for giving us updates about your concern.
Great to hear that you've got the PDF populated successfully. I'm taking note of your feedback about the preview issue when sending your custom reports using Gmail. This is helpful to improve our products and services in QuickBooks.
