Where is the epay login screne so i can change my password???

Hi afabmachine,

You can go to the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTS) website and select the Profile tab to change your password. Let me guide you how.

  1. Go to the EFTPS website: www.eftps.gov/eftps
  2. On the home page, select Login.
  3. Enter your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), PIN, and your current Internet password to log in.
  4. Update your Internet Password to meet the new security requirements.

Then, wait for an hour before sending a federal e-payment.

Please check this article for more information and detailed steps: Update Your Internet Password.

I have this link in case you have other questions about payroll: Payroll And Workers.

Post a comment if you need anything else. I'm always right here to help.

Where is the epay login screne so i can change my password???

  1. I have received a new pin # and changed my password within eftps.  Does this mean I don't need to do anything within quickbooks?  JH

Hello there, JH. It's my pleasure to help you with this.

We also need to update your password within QuickBooks. That's a good thing that you've already changed the password within your EFTPS website.

Now, let's follow these steps to update your password inside QuickBooks:

  1. From the main menu, click Employees.
  2. Hover the Payroll Taxes and Liabilities and select Pay Scheduled Liabilities.
  3. In the Pay Liabilities section, select Federal Taxes from the list.
  4. Hit the View/Pay button and then, you'll see the Liability Payment screen.
  5. Click Epay at the bottom and enter your new information (password).
  6. Clear/ Recheck the Remember My Information for next Time checkbox.
  7. Click the Submit button if you have liabilities to pay.

I've added screenshots for your additional reference:

Also, you can check out this article to learn how to electronically file and pay 940, 941/944 forms in QuickBooks Desktop.

If you have follow-up questions, please tag me directly. I'd love to help you more! Happy Holidays, JH!
