I can see the attached product to your profile is QuickBooks Online. We'll need to check if your accountant successfully accepted the invitation you sent. It will help us determine if we need to resend the invite again.
Here's how:
If your accountant is missing from the list, please send the invite one more time. Once they accept the invite, they should show on your list in QuickBooks Online.
