You can log in to your account and see if you're asked to resubscribe. It's one of the indicators that your account is already canceled. To confirm, I suggest reaching out to our Phone Support Team again. They only have the access to the tools and check accounts in a secure environment. They can also process refunds for you. Same is happening to me. I canceled a while ago and it asks me to resubscribe yet I'm still getting invoices as of an hour ago and their customer service number is now non existent since I no longer have an "account". Somebody needs to give me a number to call cause your online system does not work.
