Why is my bill $800?

Hi there, Pam. I understand your concern about your bill and why the renewal amount is higher than expected. Let me help clarify this for you.

The $800 renewal amount may reflect the subscription plan you’re currently on or any additional services you’ve opted for, such as payroll, additional users, third-party app integrations, or upgrades.

If you were previously on a discounted or promotional rate, the renewal will reflect the full price of your subscription once the promotional period ends. This could explain why the amount seems higher compared to before.

To ensure everything is accurate and to get the specific details of this charge, I recommend reaching out to our dedicated support team. They can thoroughly review your account details and provide personalized assistance regarding the renewal rate discrepancy.

You can check their support hours to ensure quick responses. Then, follow the steps below to connect with them:

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner of QBO.
  2. Go to the Assistant tab.
  3. Type in contact support in the chat box and press Enter.
  4. Select Contact a human, then choose either Live Chat or Call me back.
  5. Provide a brief description of your concern and click Continue.
  6. Choose between Callback or Chat.
