I'm here to ensure you're able to remove the accountant's email address in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To remove the email from the distribution list, you'll need to delete your accountant's access. But before doing that, make sure to sign in as a Master Admin to go through the process. Once confirmed, you can now follow the steps below.
- Go to the Gear icon at the top, then choose Manage users.
- Choose Accounting firms tab.
- Hit the small drop-down arrow perpendicular to the accountant's name and tap Delete.
- Click Delete again to confirm.
