I'm happy to provide some info about renewing your QuickBooks Online subscription.
If your QBO account has become inactive there are just a few steps to reactivate it. Here's how:
1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Select the gear icon, then Subscriptions and billing.
3. For your QuickBooks plan, select Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing info.
4. Select Subscribe.
