We usually do browser troubleshooting steps to fix this. Although, using another device or computer can be an alternative, too.
We found out that this issue isn't native to a specific device. At this point, I would recommend contacting our phone support. They can look into your account using their tools, and fix what's causing the password reset loop.

- Select Help (?) at the right top.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter your concern, then hit Let’s talk.
- Choose a way to connect with a live support agent.
