Resubscription after canceling

I have resubscribed, payment went through, but still no access to keep categorize transactions. Can anyone help?

To start, please open your account using a private browser. Refer to the shortcut keys below that vary by browser type:

 

  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

When you can successfully access the feature, it confirms a cache-related issue. You can resolve this issue by switching back to your default browser and clearing its cache and cookies. You can also consider using another supported browser.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support Team to further investigate this. Here's how you can contact them:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Next, click on the Help icon (?).
  3. You can either navigate to the Assistant tab and enter your question or topic to get started, or you can head to the Search tab and type in a relevant keyword or topic.to activate the Contact Us button.
