Hi ljennings,

Are you trying to switch between companies for easy navigation of each account? If so, I'm here to help you out.

Since you have multiple companies, you can use one email address and ID for all your companies. This way, you can switch between companies quickly. To do so, you can send an invite to the email address you want to access all your companies.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to one of your QuickBooks accounts as Admin.
  2. Take note of your Intuit Account with email.
  3. Send an invitation to the other email.
  4. Select a user type.
  5. Open the email to accept the invitation.

Once done, you can easily switch accounts through the Gear icon. To do so, click the Gear icon. Under Profile, select Switch Company. Then, select the company you want to open.

If you meant something else, feel free to get back to this post with additional details. So, I can provide the correct solution.

Moreover, if you don't want to use the other email address, you can remove it from your company. I've added this article as your guide: Delete a user.

Let me know if there's anything else that I can help. I'll be here to guide you.

@ljennings

One QBO account is for one company file. You may consider using QB Desktop to manage multiple company files with a single license.
